Meet The Coach

I have been a trainer since 2014 and had done sports in my whole life. In the last few years I have helped many individuals to improve their performance, to recover from different injuries and to improve the quality of their movements. 

I have created a training system that seems to work well. First, I identify the client's weakness and dysfunction with the Functional Movement Screen to make sure we don't add strength to any dysfunction. Then based on the results and on the client's goals I create a personalised training program. If you are a runner you might need to add 1-2 strengthening sessions to your schedule to improve your running efficiency or to avoid injuries. If you are an office worker having tight back and stiffness at the hips, you need to work on your mobility and posture, plus add some strength & conditioning workouts to your daily routine.

For me as a trainer the most satisfying thing is when my clients say I have changed their lives. They don't have joint pain anymore, they are feeling stronger and they are enjoying the whole process. This is my passion, this is why I am still a trainer and now here to help you!
