Do not give up, once you've started

This morning at around 5.40am I was driving on my way to the gym to start my day off with a Tabata class. It was still pitch dark outside and the air was a bit cooler than the last few mornings.

No matter which day it is I always notice some people jogging at that time and I'm like 'OMG how can they drag their body out of bed that early and make it for a run?'. Well I think the same of my 6.00am clients :D

In these crazy times we live our days rushing around, getting a million things done in 24 hours, having a full-time job, managing the kids with their education and after school activities, some mums and dads tend to forget about themselves. With the lack of time and feeling drained at the end of the day, people start looking for easy and not too healthy eating options. For a months or even for a few years they don't really notice or they just don't care about putting some weights on. But once it will hit them in the face. The problem is that they still have the same amount of hours spending at work, taking care of the kids, the housework etc. but no time for themselves. So they decide to wake up 2-3 times a week at 5.00am, put their sports clothes on and hit the road for a jog, even it is still dark outside and everyone else is asleep in the house.

So my message is for all those people out there: if this is your only time and way to exercise, do not give up! Do not stop doing it! Once you will start feeling better, once you will start noticing the changes, once your family and friends will start noticing it. And when ask how, you can just tell I DID NOT GIVE UP!

If you are not one of these people, but maybe your friend is, share this message to let them know you are proud of them!
